Terms & Conditions of being a Vendor. 

Please provide your standard rates for Half-Day (5 hours) and Full-Day (10 hour) Productions in the categories below. These rates help us price things appropriately for the client and select the appropriate crew for a shoot. If you’d prefer not to do half days just write “N/A”. Productions can vary, so if you have any questions about rates please reach out to us before accepting the gig.

By Filling out the form below you, agree to the following terms with us, Digital Marketing Services Pro LLC.

You are working for us as an independent contractor and any work commissioned by us is considered work-by-hire under the United States Copyright Act of 1976. Any works that you create for us are our property that we can use for any purpose, with or without attribution.

Any proprietary information, trade secrets and working relationships between you and us and our clients must be considered strictly confidential, and may not be disclosed to any third party, either directly or indirectly.

While working for us, you will not promote your own or any other business. You will also not independently solicit any business from our clients, without our prior consent, for a period of 72 months from our last production with a client. If you do, you will forfeit all payments and compensation and agree to a $5000 fee paid as a result of your action to Digital Marketing Service Pro LLC. For each customer or project. 

You are responsible for maintaining your own current medical insurance and vehicle insurance any time you are working for us. You are confirming that the information you have provided us is accurate and that you are over the age of 18.
